1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the obdjil platform, accessible at obdjil.app and any associated mobile web application ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by obdjil ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the obdjil Platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with obdjil and confirm your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

obdjil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will publish a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Use of the obdjil Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant to obdjil that, at all times while using the Platform, each of the following conditions is met:

• ▸ Age: You are at least 21 years of age. obdjil operates a strict 21+ policy. Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• ▸ Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• ▸ Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
• ▸ Single account: You maintain only one registered account on the Platform. Holding multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• ▸ Not self-excluded: You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary restriction placed through obdjil or any other gaming operator.
• ▸ Own funds: You are wagering from your own personal funds. Use of funds derived from fraudulent or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• ▸ Personal use only: You are using the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the obdjil Platform — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a valid account. The registration process requires you to provide a unique username, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

obdjil will send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered mobile number to verify your identity during registration and on login attempts from unrecognised devices. You must not share your OTP with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent obdjil support. Our support team will never ask for your password or OTP.

• ▸ One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses forfeited.
• ▸ Account security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Notify obdjil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• ▸ Account verification (KYC): obdjil may require you to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals.
• ▸ Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard timeframes before account closure is finalised.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

obdjil supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select other Bangladeshi payment channels as made available from time to time. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

obdjil reserves the right to reverse a deposit or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform may request additional documentation before releasing funds. All deposit funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

obdjil offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Victory Day. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotional page.

• ▸ Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• ▸ One bonus per household: Each household (defined by IP address, device fingerprint, or registered address) is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome offer multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• ▸ Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• ▸ Abuse: obdjil reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• ▸ Modification: obdjil may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle, any wagering progress already completed will be honoured pro-rata at obdjil's discretion.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the obdjil Platform — including live dealer tables, RNG slot titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the rules of the respective game provider and, where applicable, obdjil's own sports betting rules. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

7. Responsible Gaming

obdjil is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options — all accessible from your account dashboard. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the obdjil Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• ▸ Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversed transactions after receiving gaming services.
• ▸ Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live casino formats.
• ▸ Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour to accrue an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• ▸ Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• ▸ Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. obdjil cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• ▸ Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating a person under 21 years of age to use your account or the Platform in any form.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the obdjil Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of obdjil or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the obdjil Platform without prior written consent from obdjil. Unauthorised use of obdjil's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, obdjil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of wagered funds resulting from normal gaming activity, or losses attributable to platform downtime or technical errors outside obdjil's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. obdjil makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages are not permitted, obdjil's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy & Data

Your use of the obdjil Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to obdjil's collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. obdjil uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages to protect data in transit.

12. Termination

obdjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if obdjil reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continuation of your account poses a legal or regulatory risk to obdjil. Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at your own request — any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the obdjil Platform shall first be submitted to obdjil's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. obdjil will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through obdjil's internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary.
